Extremely helpful at all times

Haven’t had any problems getting an appointment within 3-4 days

Very friendly and professional

Experienced GP

Pleasant staff

Good service

Always provide a considerate and courteous service

The staff try their best to help you. The doctors try their hardest to deal with your problem ASAP.

I think the service is good but miss seeing a regular doctor who knows me.

Normally very good at appointments etc. not perfect all the time though

Negative responses:

Do not wish to guess what others would consider good!

Always a waiting time after appointment

The waiting time to get an appointment to see the GP

Lack of care, support and compassion, have had problem on numerous occasions
