Positives

  • It has been my practice my whole life and staff and doctors are always great

  • I always see my GP instead of a locum. Always get well looked after

  • I myself have had no problems and doctors and nurse staff are really good and nice

  • I have not used the service recently but am aware of how good the service is

  • The reception staff are friendly and helpful

Negatives

  • I would have said extremely likely but for the fact that there is no continuity with seeing the GP

  • Too many locum doctors who do not know patients

  • Regular change of doctors

  • Poor service - unlikely to see the same doctor twice
