The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a tool for patients to have the opportunity to provide both positive and negative feedback to the surgery.
51 patients completed the two question survey for February, the results are as follows:

Positive responses:
Been my GP since birth, wouldn’t go anywhere else

The staff try their best to help you. The doctors try their hardest to deal with your problem ASAP.
I think the service is good but miss seeing a regular doctor who knows me.
Normally very good at appointments etc. not perfect all the time though
