The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a tool for patients to have the opportunity to provide both positive and negative feedback to the surgery.

• Kind staff, always thinking of you

• Very friendly and willing to help with anything

Negatives

• Never see the same doctor

• I would be happier to recommend the surgery to friends if there was more consistency with the doctors.
