  • I have always found staff to be helpful and they work in a competent manner

  • Easy to get emergency appointment for kids

  • Called the surgery and the staff managed to get me a same day appointment, really grateful

  • Staff are very helpful, pleasant and friendly, also very passionate about their jobs

Negatives

  • Different doctors therefore no patient familiarity

  • Long waiting times for appointments

  • Would be good if night time appointments could be kept for people who work through the day

  • There are too many locums
