Positives

  • Family doctors for year, reliable, helpful staff.

  • Doctors are very helpful, never had a bad experience.

  • The doctor was really helpful in a time of distress.

  • Great practice, offer appointments at 2 surgeries. Very helpful.

  • I sometimes struggle to get an appointment but staff are always as helpful as possible to address this.

Negatives

  • All staff friendly, responsive and listen, however I have some difficulty with ordering prescription before 11, an hour on an afternoon would be good.

  • Friendly response however do wait a while for an appointment.

  • I can't always get an appointment when I need one, it would be good if I could be seen after work.

  • No continuity with GP's.
